Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh 2026” Successfully Organized at Rabindranath Tagore University, More Than 500 Outstanding Students Honored

 

 

A grand “Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh 2026” was jointly organized by Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) and Madhya Pradesh Press Club at the university’s Sharda Auditorium. During the event, more than 500 meritorious students from various schools in Bhopal who achieved outstanding results in Class 12 examinations were felicitated. The objective of the program was to encourage young talent and create a positive and inspiring environment towards education.

 

The Chief Guest of the program was Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Additional Secretary, AYUSH Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Distinguished Guests included Ms. Simala Prasad, DIG, Police Headquarters, Madhya Pradesh; Dr. Naveen Anand Joshi, Senior Editor and President of Madhya Pradesh Press Club; and Mr. R.P. Shrivastava, Channel Head, Swadesh News. Representing Rabindranath Tagore University, Pro Chancellor Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Vice Chancellor Dr. Ravi Prakash Dubey, and Registrar Dr. Sangeeta Johari were specially present on the occasion.

 

Students, teachers, and parents from various schools including Sagar Public School, Iconic School, Anand Vihar School, BHEL School, Mahatma Gandhi School, and several others attended the event in large numbers. The students were felicitated with medals and certificates of appreciation. Teachers who have made exceptional contributions in the field of education were also specially honored during the ceremony.

 

Addressing the students, Chief Guest Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra said, “Hard work, discipline, and positive thinking are the real keys to success. The students being honored today are the future builders of India. Young minds should not only strive for academic excellence but also embrace moral values and social responsibilities.”

 

DIG Ms. Simala Prasad, in her address, emphasized the importance of personality development and guided students regarding competitive examinations. She explained that different stages of competitive exams assess different aspects of a student’s personality. She also highlighted the importance of career guidance and goal-setting in life. During the program, the trailer of her upcoming film “The Narmada Story” was also screened.

 

Pro Chancellor Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats said, “Honoring meritorious students is not only a celebration of their achievements but also a way to strengthen society’s respect for education and talent. Young talents are the foundation of the nation’s future and must be continuously encouraged.”

 

Vice Chancellor Dr. Ravi Prakash Dubey stated, “Education is not limited to securing good marks; it is equally important to develop leadership qualities, innovation, and a sense of social responsibility among students.”

Registrar Dr. Sangeeta Johari said, “This felicitation ceremony will boost the confidence of students and inspire them to move towards their goals with greater dedication and commitment.”

 

During the ceremony, students were also provided valuable guidance related to education, career development, and personality enhancement. The event concluded in an enthusiastic atmosphere with best wishes for the bright future of all students.

 

The successful coordination of the program was carried out by Dr. Anil Tiwari, Admissions Head at RNTU, and Mr. Ajay Pratap Singh from Madhya Pradesh Press Club.
